Impact crusher composition:

 Impact Crusher is mainly by the rotor against the plate, back plate and body components. Rotor fixed to the spindle. In the cylindrical rotor is equipped with four (or several blocks) against plate, mostly against the rotor plate and the rigid connection, and the board system against high-manganese steel with wear production.

Structural Features:

The machine mainly consists of frame, impact rack, rotor and driving device etc. (see Figure 1):

PFS1315 II and PFS1316 II impact crushers are added with rear box frame hydraulic open-close system.

  

Frame: 

The frame consists of the three box-type assembly welding parts of front box frame, rear box frame and lower box which are connected by high-strength bolts. The rear box frame and the lower box are connected by hinges. PFS1315 II and PFS1316 II have in-built hydraulic open-close device which can open the rear box frame after the machine stops to replace quick-wear parts inside the machine safely. It is recommended that users may arrange a lifting device above the frame which could help you open the upper box frame more safely to replace quick-wear parts or service the equipment. The frame is arranged with access doors at both sides and observation doors in front and at the back which can be opened to see the wearing inside as the machine stops.

Warning: when the equipment operates, it is not allowed to open observation doors or look into the machine so as to avoid accidents.

  

Impact Rack: 

The front and rear impact racks are hung above the rear box frame by deadweight suspended structure. When the machine operates, the impact rack keeps its normal operating position by relying on its dead weight and spring force; when super-hard materials pass, the impact rack rises quickly and then return to the original position after removing the hard materials. The clearance between the impact rack and rotor bar can be adjusted by suspension bolts on the impact rack.

  

Rotor: 

The rotor is the core of the machine (see figure 2). The rotor support is made of cast steel (or high-quality steel plate) by welding after finish machining;

   

The rotor bearing is designed with labyrinth seal, which is safe and reliable; the bar is made of new-type high-abrasive materials and firmly fixed in place on the rotor rack by threaded slider. The rotor rack is also designed with axial limit device to ensure no axial motion of the bar occurring during operation; except PFS1007, rotor racks and main shafts of all other models are connected by keyless locking assemblies which is firm and reliable and simple and easy for maintenance and assembling and disassembling.

The whole rotor shall be of good balance and resistant to impact after completing assembly.

 Driving Device:

The high-efficiency V-belt is used for driving. When crushing materials with different hardness, the rotor speed can be adjusted by replacing the pulley so as to obtain the best product quality and sizes, which is convenient.

PFS Series Impact Crusher is a new product made with state-of-art technologies at home and abroad and optimal design, which has gone through many tests and improvements and is remarkably characterized by the following: 

1.1 High production capacity with low loss

The production capacity of PFS series impact crusher reaches and exceeds requirements of national JB/T10246-2001 standard. Crushing the same quantity of materials, its energy consumption is lower than jaw crusher by 1/3 and thus saving substantial costs of production power consumption. 

1.2 Wide applicability in materials crushing, capable of crushing harder materials

PFS series impact crusher is widely applied to fields such as mining, building materials, transportation, energy, chemical industry and metallurgy and can crush the materials with compressive strength not higher than 320Mpa. Its feed size conforms to sizes of ores and various rocks listed in the technical parameter table. 

1.3 Large reduction ratio, uniform sizes of finished products

Using special crushing modes, PFS series impact crusher has high reduction ratio and uniform sizes of finished products which are cubic without tension and cracks. The proportion of needle-shaped thin materials is low.

1.4 Unique main shaft rotor structure, greatly high torsional strength

For PFS series impact crusher (large model), its main shaft and rotor are connected by unique “keyless locking assemblies” of our company, so torsional strength of the main shaft is greater than other “key-connected” models of the same type by about 30%, which can effectively extend the equipment service life.

1.5 Use of rear box frame hydraulic open-close system facilitating replacement of quick-wear parts

Rear box frame of PFS series impact crusher is connected with the body by hinges. PFS1315 II and PFS1316 II have in-built hydraulic open-close device which can open the rear box frame in safe and quick manners to facilitate replacement of quick-wear parts and equipment maintenance, saving substantial manpower and materials costs in maintenance and allowing to resume production quickly.
